Welcome to DaaSu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DaaSu Business Operating System, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Usage

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use DaaSu.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so. You must not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for illegal activities.

2. Subscription and Billing

DaaSu is a SaaS platform available under various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees (Monthly/Annually). Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access to the specific modules or the entire workspace.

3. Data Ownership and Licensing

We claim no intellectual property rights over the business data you provide to the Service. Your data remains 100% yours. However, by using the Service, you grant DaaSu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and process your data strictly to operate and improve the Services.

4. DaaSu AI Engine Fair Usage

The DaaSu conversational AI feature is subject to Fair Usage Policies (FUP). Excessive queries that burden server load may be temporarily throttled. Custom API integrations must abide by standard rate limits.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of New Delhi / Mumbai courts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
