THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (“YOU” or “YOUR”) AND RBROTHERS E-COMMERCE PVT LTD (“DAASU APP”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF DAASU APP OF ONLINE BUSINESS PRODUCTIVITY AND COLLABORATION SOFTWARE IF YOU ARE BASED IN INDIA.

1. Parts of this Agreement

This Agreement consists of:

• General Terms

• Service Specific Terms

If there is a conflict, Service Specific Terms prevail.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

You must be of legal age. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You accept by checkbox, button, or actual use.

3. Description of Service

DaaSu App provides cloud software and business applications. You are responsible for internet access and devices.

4. Beta Service

Beta Services may be offered for testing. DaaSu may discontinue them at any time and is not liable for modifications or discontinuation.

5. Free Trial

Free trials end at:

• Trial period end

• Start of paid subscription

• Termination by DaaSu

Data entered during the trial may be lost unless you upgrade.

6. User Sign-up Obligations

You must provide true, complete information. DaaSu may terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete info.

7. Restrictions on Use

You must NOT:

• Transfer the Services to others

• Share licenses across multiple users

• Reverse engineer the Services

• Violate laws, infringe rights, misuse content

• Host harmful, illegal, obscene, or abusive material

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Conduct benchmarking without permission

• Engage in activities threatening India’s security or unity

• Create false identities or transmit false information

  
  

8. Spamming and Illegal Activities

You are responsible for your transmissions. No:

• Spam

• Viruses

• Defamatory, obscene, racist, abusive content
  DaaSu may terminate access for illegal use.

  
  

9. Fees and Payments

Subscriptions may be monthly/yearly. Auto-renewal occurs unless stopped 7 days prior. Taxes (GST etc.) will be charged as applicable.

10. Organization Accounts and Administrators

Administrators can configure services and manage users. Organizations are responsible for account confidentiality and recovery.

11. Personal Information & Privacy

Use is governed by the DaaSu Privacy Policy. You are responsible for account security.

12. Communications from DaaSu App

Service announcements and admin messages are mandatory; newsletters can be opted out.

13. Complaints

Complaints will be forwarded to you; you must respond within 10 days or your contact info may be shared with complainants.

14. Inactive User Accounts Policy

Unpaid accounts inactive for 120 days may be deleted after prior notice.

15. Data Ownership

You own your data. DaaSu may only access or process it to provide Services.

16. User Generated Content

You are responsible for published content. DaaSu may remove infringing or illegal content.

17. Sample Files and Applications

Provided sample files contain random data and come without warranties.

18. Trademark

"DaaSu App" name and logo are trademarks of RBrothers E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free use.

20. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to ₹50,000 or fees paid in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.

21. Indemnification

You shall indemnify DaaSu App for any claims arising from misuse or violations.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.

23. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for:

• Illegal activity

• Inactivity

• Law enforcement requests
  Users may request termination.

  
  

24. Modification of Terms

DaaSu may modify terms with notice. Significant changes will have 30-day notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
